Spicy apple cake was lovely and will order again.
Not used this yet!
I cooked the cake at 150C for 35 minutes – as per the instructions. Even after another 10 minutes at that temperature, the cake was still liquid. I turned the heat to 180C and cooked it for another 20 minutes before it was done.
The flavour and texture are lovely, but I think your instructions need editing.
